The National Standards ACHS Organisation Wide Survey was conducted across all Presmed Australia (PMA) facilities, between 9 – 11 March, 2020. The survey audited the PMA Group against v2 of the National Standards.
We are pleased to advise that the Group passed with nil recommendations made. Furthermore, the auditors stated that:
The Consumer Engagement Model that we had adopted was exemplary and a model for other facilities.
The engagement by staff, doctors and patients consistently demonstrated that quality and risk management was embedded in all aspects of care. The excellent patient satisfaction results and feedback from patients was testament to this achievement.
The MAAC papers, peer review and engagement was “some of the best that we had ever seen”.
The Infection Prevention and Control Framework, in particular, observation of hand hygiene practices, was exceptional.
